Join Guidehouse as a Consultant in Housing and Community Solutions, where you will support state and local government clients in designing, implementing, and improving affordable housing programs. You will work on impactful projects involving housing finance, program design, policy implementation, and operational improvements, contributing to critical community development initiatives.

What we are looking for

Support affordable housing finance and program implementation for public-sector clients
Evaluate affordable housing development proposals, including LIHTC projects
Develop and analyze project budgets, sources and uses, and financial pro formas
Conduct feasibility analyses, benefit-cost analyses, and subsidy layering reviews
Research and interpret HUD regulations and program guidance
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative analysis into client-ready outputs
