Join ERM as a Managing Consultant in Transaction Advisory, where you will guide infrastructure investors, private equity firms, and corporations through critical mergers and acquisitions. You will leverage your expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) due diligence to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive sustainable growth for clients navigating complex global transactions.
What we are looking for
6- Lead EHS/ESG due diligence and advisory projects for M&A transactions
- Advise clients on environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities
- Drive business growth through new business development initiatives
- Mentor and develop consulting teams
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with a global network of subject matter experts
