Managing Consultant, Healthcare Strategy & Transformation

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join their Healthcare Strategy & Transformation team. This role focuses on advising healthcare payer organizations, particularly in the commercial market, on strategy, operations, and payment structures. You will lead workstreams, conduct analysis, develop client-ready deliverables, and manage junior staff.

• Lead workstreams in healthcare strategy and transformation engagements
• Translate client needs into structured problem-solving approaches
• Apply commercial payer expertise to federal health challenges
• Perform and guide analysis to derive actionable insights
• Develop executive-ready deliverables and recommendations
• Manage junior staff and contribute to internal capability building

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
