Senior Manager, Make/Buy Strategy & Execution

Lead the global Make/Buy strategy for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Contract Manufacturing & Value Assurance team. This role involves developing and operationalizing strategies for internal manufacturing versus external sourcing, backed by rigorous financial and operational analysis. You will design analytical frameworks, reconstruct P&Ls, and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive efficiency and optimize the supply network.

• Develop and govern a standardized global Make/Buy decision-making framework
• Reconstruct and analyze site-level P&Ls to ensure financial accuracy
• Identify and evaluate Make/Buy opportunities using advanced financial models
• Lead cross-functional project teams and partner with operations leadership
• Oversee implementation of Make/Buy initiatives and track performance KPIs
• Serve as subject matter expert for Make/Buy financial and operational insights
