Senior Consultant - Banking & Payments

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Banking & Payments practice in Dallas. This hybrid role involves supporting transformation programs for financial institutions by addressing complex challenges in products, channels, and operations. You will facilitate client discussions, develop solutions, analyze performance, and collaborate with teams to deliver project objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting
• Broad knowledge of banking and payments (lending, digital channels, transaction processing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with transformation or change programs in banking/payments is a plus
