Manager, Strategy & Transformation (Finance Transformation)

Join a consulting team focused on finance transformation for clients in financial services, FinTech, and other complex enterprises. You will guide clients through major transactions, system implementations, and organizational changes, applying your expertise in finance, accounting, and project management to deliver tangible outcomes.

• Guide clients through M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and system implementations
• Support transformation initiatives in operational accounting, FP&A, and financial technology
• Work with clients in financial services, FinTech, insurance, and large technology sectors
• Lead client workshops, assessments, and executive presentations
• Apply finance, accounting, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Deliver tangible outcomes with limited formal documentation
