You will support the execution of live transactions, including M&A and capital raising, by performing advanced financial analysis and developing complex models. • Support execution of live FIG transactions
• Analyze client companies and prepare detailed memoranda
• Develop and apply advanced financial models
• Evaluate acquisitions, financings, and equity raising transactions
• Experience in investment banking with FIG sector knowledge
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills for M&A and capital markets
