Valuation Manager

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Valuation Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for executing and managing the delivery of portfolio company valuations, conducting valuation analyses of illiquid investments, and building financial models. This role offers exposure to senior professionals and complex financial instruments.

• Conduct valuation analyses of illiquid investments
• Build, modify, and utilize financial models
• Perform comprehensive research on securities, industries, and capital markets
• Prepare and review valuation reports and presentations
• Mentor and assist junior analysts
• Manage multiple assignments and meet critical deadlines
