Analyst/Associate, Asset Management

You will support the execution of business plans, monitor portfolio performance, and drive value creation for a commercial real estate portfolio across the U.S. This role offers broad exposure to the full asset management lifecycle and collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Support asset-level strategies and annual business plans
• Own recurring asset-level reporting and variance analysis
• Build and maintain detailed financial models
• Monitor property performance and develop recommendations
• Prepare concise materials for senior decision-makers
• Support acquisition, financing, and disposition processes
