Consulting Strategist

As a Consulting Strategist on our Employee Benefits team, you will partner with client management to drive the execution of our multi-year benefits strategy. You will translate client objectives into actionable plans, ensure operational excellence across deliverables and vendor relationships, and maintain accountability for project governance and continuous improvement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution leadership to deliver high-quality client outcomes and optimize team performance.

• Lead and execute employee benefits strategic initiatives
• Oversee client management teams in implementing multi-year strategies
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Hold teams and partners accountable for project deliverables
• Track and report project performance, risks, and outcomes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee benefits consulting
