About this role
Moelis & Company is seeking an Analyst for their Private Capital Advisory team in New York. This role focuses on GP-led secondaries, providing advisory and execution services for institutional investors and financial sponsors managing private capital. You will support due diligence, financial modeling, investor outreach, and market research within the dynamic GP-led secondary market.
What we are looking for
6- Support due diligence and valuation analysis for LP portfolios
- Perform financial modeling including valuations, cash flow, and pricing
- Assist in managing buy-side investor outreach and due diligence
- Prepare marketing materials and transaction-related documentation
- Conduct secondary market research and maintain transaction databases
- Collaborate with industry and financial sponsor coverage teams
