Sr Financial Analyst, Reporting & Analytics

Target is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role focuses on reporting and analytics, managing FP&A intake requests, and delivering actionable insights on business results and financial impacts. You will also develop expertise in retail accounting, partner with various teams to standardize reporting, and leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity.

• Manage FP&A intake requests and analyze financial impacts
• Develop retail accounting expertise and educate partners
• Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify and automate reporting
• Represent FP&A in business and system initiatives
• Design and maintain data validation and quality assurance processes
• Evaluate and leverage AI and emerging technologies for reporting and analytics
