Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support the North American Sales Organization by providing timely and accurate reporting to drive sales and profitability growth. This role involves identifying and leading process improvement initiatives to streamline activities and enhance productivity for the sales team.

• Monitor, administer, report, and analyze sales commission programs
• Collect and analyze large data sets to identify trends and opportunities
• Administer and report on program and promotion results
• Create internal scorecards and analyze Sales and CRM data
• Develop and lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes
• Root cause business issues through data analysis for sales and profitability improvement
