Partner with R&D, RPM, and PMO leaders to guide innovation strategy and influence portfolio decisions through rigorous financial insights. This high-impact finance role will shape where the ENT business invests, helping turn bold ideas into technologies that improve patient care. You will expand your leadership impact through the R&D Finance COE and a dedicated ENT analyst.
What we are looking for
6- Strategic finance partner to ENT R&D, RPM, and PMO leadership
- Lead financial evaluation of innovation and product development initiatives
- Develop financial models for NPV, IRR, and portfolio impact analyses
- Deliver financial insights to support product strategy and funding decisions
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial review processes
- Monitor spending, resource utilization, and investment performance
