Management Consultant (IO/Psychologist)

GDIT is seeking a Management Consultant to support Federal agencies with organizational development, workforce planning, and data analytics. This remote role involves assessing client needs, developing solutions, and presenting findings. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting and working with data, preferably with Federal agencies.

• Support Federal agencies in organizational development
• Conduct organizational assessment and workforce planning
• Utilize data analytics and visualization for evidence-based decision making
• Engage with clients to assess needs and implement solutions
• Develop reports, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders
• Experience with data collection, analytics, and visualization tools

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
