Health & Benefits Consultant, Project Manager

Mercer is seeking a Senior Health & Benefits Consultant to manage client engagements, negotiate with carriers, and develop innovative benefit strategies. This hybrid role requires at least 5 years of experience in healthcare benefits consulting and involves client relationship management and business development.

• Manage complex client engagements including strategy, financial evaluations, and plan design
• Negotiate with benefits carriers and vendors
• Develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies
• Accountable for revenue and profitability of client accounts
• Manage and participate in new business opportunities
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare benefits consulting
