FP&A Manager (Account Director Level) - Burson

Burson is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support financial planning and analysis for the North America region. This role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets versus actuals, and collaborating with business development on forecasting. The position requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in GAAP and financial reporting.

• Prepare regional revenue tracker and review contract data for accuracy
• Manage monthly FP&A deliverables and coordinate workload
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, identifying risks and opportunities
• Analyze budget vs. actual costs and conduct variance analysis
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and develop operational efficiencies
• Assist with client profitability analysis and business review presentations
