Analyst, PWM Private Capital

William Blair is seeking an Analyst to support their Private Wealth Management Private Capital team in Chicago. This role involves providing detailed analysis and execution support for private investments, including private equity and venture capital. You will partner with senior team members to evaluate opportunities, prepare client materials, and monitor investments throughout their lifecycle.

• Analyze private capital opportunities and develop recommendations
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
• Conduct company, industry, and market research
• Support due diligence across various workstreams
• Prepare investment materials and client-ready presentations
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare updates
