Manager, Industrial Consulting

JLL is seeking a Manager for its Industrial and Logistics Advisory services within the Strategic Consulting business line in Riyadh. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, developing strategies for industrial parks and economic corridors, and performing market analysis for industrial infrastructure developers and government agencies.

• Undertake industrial feasibility studies and business plan formulation
• Develop realistic development strategies for large scale industrial parks
• Analyze global industrial and logistics supply chains and demand
• Perform macro and micro-economic analysis and industrial growth forecasting
• Conduct financial assessments to establish project viability
• Collate and analyze data from primary and secondary market sources
