Strategic Planning Senior Consultant

As a Strategic Planning Senior Consultant, you will build strategic documents from the ground up, focusing on short-, medium-, and long-term goals. You will lead government SMEs to capture objectives and ensure documentation aligns with command needs. This role involves process capture, analysis, and developing a 5-year strategic plan.

• Facilitate workflow sessions to capture 'as is' and 'as it should be' processes
• Develop strategic documents and a 5-year strategic plan
• Assess and document critical inter/intra organization responsibilities
• Experience interfacing with senior executives
• U.S. Navy experience, especially SPECOPS / Small Boat
• Current SECRET security clearance

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
