HR Reinvention Industry & Process Advisor Manager, Banking

As an HR Reinvention Industry & Process Advisor Manager, you will lead the transformation of HR functions for clients, redesigning processes to integrate AI and improve employee experiences. You will leverage your deep HR domain expertise and AI-enabled process design skills to advise clients on creating value and driving measurable business outcomes. This role involves leading future-state process design, AI integration, and adoption planning, while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Lead future-state HR process specification and AI integration design
• Advise clients on AI and data strategy for HR transformation
• Design AI agent experiences within HR processes
• Conduct client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Drive benchmarking analysis and change-impact assessments
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR process transformation or consulting
