Develop sophisticated financial models and analyses
Prepare industry and financial analysis for client recommendations
Lead valuation analysis including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
Assist in developing client proposals and marketing materials
Conduct industry research and support business development
Participate in transaction execution and due diligence
