Managing Consultant - Operations & Optimization

As a Managing Consultant, you will lead critical digital transformation and automation projects for port executives, optimizing terminal operations from vessel to gate. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage executive relationships, and ensure seamless integration of advanced TOS modules and automation technologies. This role requires deep expertise in terminal dynamics, operational analysis, and stakeholder management to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in complex, global environments.

• Lead strategic advisory engagements for port executives on digital transformation
• Direct multidisciplinary teams on global terminal projects
• Conduct end-to-end terminal audits and optimize workflows
