Personal Banker Associate II - Ann Arbor South East

This role is a sales-focused position within retail banking, designed to develop customer relationships and promote a range of financial products. After a comprehensive onboarding and training program, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and driving sales through both in-branch and external activities.

• Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program
• Focus on sales development and relationship building
• Promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services
• Utilize consultative sales and financial needs assessment
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales
• Meet and exceed customer experience and production goals
