Investment Banking Vice President - Tech Enabled Services

William Blair is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join our Tech Enabled Services team. In this role, you will drive deal execution, client relationship management, and financial analysis, while mentoring junior team members. You will play a key part in originating and closing new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the firm's success.

• Assist in targeting and closing new deal opportunities
• Participate in selling and pitching services to clients and prospects
• Drive presentation development and financial/valuation analyses
• Build and maintain relationships with client senior executives
• Review and direct the work of associates and analysts
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
