Consulting Manager

Visa Consulting and Analytics is seeking a Consulting Manager in Copenhagen to lead high-impact engagements across the Nordics and Baltics. You will advise clients in the payments ecosystem, including banks, fintechs, and merchants, on strategy, analytics, and innovation to solve critical business challenges and drive growth.

• Lead consulting engagements from problem definition to implementation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Structure complex business problems and develop data-driven recommendations
• Manage and develop junior team members
• Present findings to executive leadership
• Collaborate with internal Visa teams for integrated solutions
