Manager, Manufacturing & Distribution, C&IP Value Creation Team

West Monroe is seeking a Manager to join their Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP) Team within their M&A practice. This role focuses on leading client engagements to improve operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, and technology environments. You will translate business strategy into practical operating model and process improvements, contribute to business development, and mentor junior consultants.

• Lead client engagements in manufacturing, supply chain, and technology transformation
• Develop transformation roadmaps and redesign operating models and business processes
• Manage end-to-end delivery including scope, budget, staffing, and profitability
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Director and VP-level client leaders
• Drive technology-enabled transformation initiatives
• Contribute to business development, proposal development, and practice growth
