Associate, Investment Banking - Financial Institutions Group

TD Securities is seeking an Associate for their Financial Institutions Group in New York. This role involves providing critical support for deal structuring, marketing, and execution, including financial analysis, modeling, and client presentations. You will work within a deal team, conduct market research, and assist senior bankers.

• Provide structure, marketing, and execution support for deal teams
• Conduct financial analysis, M&A modeling, and company valuations
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and underwriting memos
