About this role

Mizuho Americas is seeking driven undergraduate students for our Investment Banking Summer Analyst program in San Francisco. This ten-week program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, client presentations, and transaction execution within a rapidly expanding global bank. You will work alongside senior bankers on live projects, contributing to bespoke, client-focused solutions and developing expertise in the technology sector.

What we are looking for

Build financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and perform corporate finance analysis
Develop and prepare client presentations and materials
Perform comprehensive research on markets, industries, and companies
Participate in the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of financing and M&A transactions
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the penultimate year (graduation Dec 2028 - June 2029)
Minimum GPA of 3.5 and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
