Financial Analyst

Trinity Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of their PACE programs. This role is responsible for managing the full revenue cycle, overseeing expense recognition, and partnering with leadership to achieve financial goals. You will play a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer revenue cycle
• Perform monthly IBNR analyses and expense accruals
• Prepare and present financial data for operations reviews
• Maintain expertise in financial and healthcare systems
• Support budget management and cost analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years of experience
