Financial Analyst

Support brokerage professionals in providing corporate real estate services by maintaining financial models, preparing analyses for lease renewals, relocations, and investment opportunities. This role involves assessing various leasing alternatives, lease vs. ownership scenarios, and preparing investment analyses for asset acquisitions and dispositions.

• Prepare complex pre-tax cash flow analyses and lease comparisons
• Analyze lease vs. buy, acquisitions/dispositions, and strategic real estate alternatives
• Abstract and analyze legal real estate documentation
• Prepare clear, concise, and presentation-ready documentation
• Support brokers with client meetings and quality control
• Requires 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience and advanced Excel proficiency
