• Manage insurance portfolio for renewals and compliance
• Administer and place force-placed insurance
• Process manual flood orders and manage claims
• Interact with insurance agents, borrowers, and investors
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry systems
• Experience with contract review, compliance, or policy administration
