Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at Transwestern, you will provide critical financial analysis for leasing, investment sales, and finance brokers. You will prepare financial projections, conduct market analysis, and support deal underwriting. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation techniques, and market dynamics.
