• Analyze and model financial performance of acquisition targets
• Perform financial due diligence (quality of earnings, net working capital, net debt)
• Create, manipulate, and analyze diverse data sets
• Draft report sections and communicate findings
• Conduct business development activities
• Develop strong internal and external relationships
