Financial Analyst I

Prairie View A&M University seeks a Financial Analyst I to support the Office for Budgets. This role involves processing financial data, preparing budgetary analyses, and assisting with annual budget preparation. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Process restricted and non-restricted funds data daily
• Prepare and maintain monthly budgetary analysis of university funds
• Prepare and encumber annual Schedule of Known (Fixed) Cost
• Assist with annual operating budget and legislative appropriation requests
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
• Two years of related experience
