Senior Strategy and Transformation Consultant

Blackstone is seeking an Assistant Vice President for the BXDC Finance team in New Jersey. This role supports accounting, reporting, and operational infrastructure for a data center investment REIT. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams, manage financial processes, and contribute to public company reporting and strategic initiatives.

• Support accounting policies, processes, SOX controls, and financial reporting
• Manage close processes and review financial results
• Prepare and review public company reporting deliverables
• Partner with internal and external teams on investment and corporate activities
• Assist with technical accounting conclusions and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
