Credit Analyst Manager

Supervise and mentor a team of credit analysts, managing workflow, ensuring quality, and assisting with hiring and training. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data to prepare written reports and underwrite complex borrower relationships. Act as a resource for loan officers on loan structures and underwriting recommendations.
