Financial Analyst

Genpt is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Director of Inventory Controls. This role involves managing the monthly inventory reconciliation process, analyzing data for trends and variances, and communicating findings to finance and supply chain partners. The analyst will help identify areas for process improvement and inventory investment optimization.

• Support Director Inventory Controls with monthly inventory reconciliation
• Analyze inventory data for trends, variances, and non-contributing items
• Compile and investigate material variances between ledger and physical inventory
• Communicate reconciliation results and recommendations to finance and supply chain partners
• Identify locations outside variance thresholds and report to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in business analytics with Finance concentration preferred
