Experienced Associate – Investment Banking, Commercial Services

Guggenheim Securities is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Commercial Services investment banking team in Chicago. In this role, you will play an integral part in evolving and enhancing client relationships and actively participate throughout the life of a transaction. • Support financial analyses, advisory transactions, and highlight key takeaways
• Oversee working knowledge of multiple client sectors and monitor key industry drivers
• Lead development of marketing memoranda, diligence exhibits, and transaction artifacts
• Build client relationships through effective dialogue with client finance and accounting teams
• Oversee "on the job" training and provide constructive feedback to junior teammates
• 4 years of experience or an MBA with 1+ years of IB experience
