Director, Management Consulting

Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, seeks a Director for its Management Consulting team to serve leading Technology and Services companies. You will lead complex projects, build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to practice growth. This role involves advising on strategic and commercial challenges, including growth strategy, M&A, and operational improvements.

• Lead complex management consulting projects for Technology and Services companies
• Develop and execute strategies for growth, M&A, and operational improvements
• Build and strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Manage project teams, coach junior colleagues, and ensure high-quality client output
• Support business development activities, including proposal drafting and pitches
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison for senior clients
