Financial Analyst

Colliers is seeking a Financial Analyst for their Minneapolis office to support transaction management and brokerage services. This role involves optimizing real estate strategies through financial modeling, research, and analysis, and providing analytical tools to influence client decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, commercial real estate experience, and a passion for the industry.

• Optimize clients’ real estate acquisition and disposition strategies
• Develop comprehensive financial models and perform analysis
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for various property types
• Create analytical tools and cost-effective analysis for client decisions
• Provide support in client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy in financial analysis
