Senior Manager, Corporate Finance & Analytics

Mosaic, a global leader in phosphate and potash production, seeks a Senior Manager for Corporate Finance & Analytics. This role will lead enterprise-wide analytics for the Finance function, driving insights and optimization in areas like capital allocation, business case development, M&A, and financial planning. You will partner with various finance teams, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to key financial decisions.

• Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for finance partners
• Support business case development and capital assessment
• Lead analytics efforts for finance segments and capital projects
• Complete complex financial analysis for corporate finance, capital structure, and M&A
• Develop and coach employees, providing work direction and feedback
• Respond to ad hoc requests requiring analytical support
