Senior Finance Manager, Strategic Finance

Ecolab is hiring a Senior Finance Manager for its fast-growing Global High Tech Sector in Naperville, IL. This high-visibility role will partner with senior leadership to support the sector's growth and profitability. Responsibilities include executive business reviews, financial planning, forecasting, P&L management, and earnings release preparation.

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership
• Lead core financial planning processes including annual plan and forecasts
• Drive performance management with actionable analysis
• Partner with leaders on headcount, operating expense, and resource planning
• Evaluate strategic investments and oversee credit management
• Support investor relations and executive communications
