Guidehouse seeks a Federal Human Capital Consultant to help federal agencies improve HR operations and modernize Human Capital Management. This role involves analyzing HR processes, gathering requirements, and supporting HR technology transformations, requiring federal HR expertise and experience with HCM systems.

What we are looking for

Analyze and improve federal HR business processes
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Support Human Capital transformation initiatives and HR technology projects
Develop process maps, workflow documentation, and operating procedures
Prepare client-facing presentations and executive-level deliverables
3-10 years of experience in human resources or policy analysis
