Baird is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to play a lead role in executing complex financial advisory services, including M&A and equity offerings. You will drive the preparation of valuations, financial models, and client presentations, while working directly with senior bankers and client executives. What we are looking for

Lead execution of public equity offerings, M&A, and strategic financial advisory
Prepare company valuations, financial models, marketing materials, and client presentations
Drive business development through research and analysis
Work directly with senior bankers and client executives
Utilize AI tools (Rogo, auxi) and data visualization software (Power BI)
3-5 years of experience in a financial or quantitative role, preferably Investment Banking
