West Monroe is seeking a Manager for their CFO Advisory team to lead clients in modernizing their finance organizations. You will develop application strategies, transformation roadmaps, and enhance supporting methodologies and tools, integrating them with technology and vertical practices.

What we are looking for

Serve as delivery leader on complex engagements with C-level sponsors
Lead digital finance transformation projects, overseeing scope, budget, and team development
Achieve business development goals through internal and external networking
Model and mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants
Actively engage in recruiting and interviewing new consultants
5+ years of experience advising clients on ERP solution selection and implementation
