Consultant, Operational Strategy

As an Operational Strategy Consultant, you will optimize client contact and delinquency strategies to enhance client experience and reduce costs. You will collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and cross-functional groups to improve operational outcomes and ensure compliance with industry trends and legislative requirements.

• Monitor and analyze champion/challenger and segment performance
• Build analytical queries to segment clients and support targeted contact strategies
• Design targeted contact strategies for different client segments
• Collaborate with external service suppliers to resolve issues
• Develop coaching materials for front-line teams
