Managing Consultant - Financial Services

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our growing Financial Services practice in London. In this role, you will lead client engagements, manage project workstreams, and deliver high-quality solutions focused on operational risk and controls. You will also mentor junior consultants while remaining hands-on in project execution.

• Lead client engagements and manage project workstreams
• Drive operational risk and controls assessments
• Develop and improve risk management frameworks
• Mentor and coach junior consulting staff
• Deliver high-quality reports and presentations
• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services consulting
