• Conduct market analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Development, Entitlement, and Leasing
• 4+ years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or development
• Proficiency in Argus and Excel for financial modeling
