Manager, FP&A

Bitwarden seeks a Manager, FP&A to own revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and financial modeling for Go-to-Market teams. This high-impact role involves partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, contributing to Board of Directors reporting, and driving data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, commercial acumen in SaaS metrics, and experience with financial planning and analysis in a high-growth tech environment.

• Own revenue forecasting end-to-end
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on pipeline analytics
• Build financial models and dashboards for leadership
• Contribute to Board of Directors reporting and investor-grade analytics
• Work directly in the data layer using SQL and BI tools
• Analyze performance across self-serve and sales-led funnels
